Applications and profiles
Submit only information you are authorized to provide and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Public forms do not accept documents. Joining the Talent Network is an onboarding request and is not an application for every present or future role.
Documents and sensitive information
Current public forms do not accept documents. If TNC requests materials after reviewing a public submission, use only the channel and purpose Terrance specifically provides. Do not send confidential records you are not authorized to share, government identifiers, banking information, medical records, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information.
Employer inquiries
Submitting a hiring need does not create an agency relationship, engagement, exclusivity arrangement, or fee obligation. Recruiting services begin only under separately agreed written terms.
Candidate safety
TNC does not charge candidates to apply or be considered for a role. Do not send money, gift cards, banking credentials, or payment information in response to anyone claiming to represent TNC. Verify suspicious communications through the contact information on this website.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, scrape or harvest personal information, submit false or unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the site to harm TNC, employers, candidates, service providers, or others.
Third-party services
The site may link to third-party services. Their availability, content, security, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers, not TNC.
Availability and changes
TNC may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, including a role listing or submission feature. The site is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
