TNC is building the public website and secure ecosystem around keyboard access, readable contrast, clear structure, reduced-motion support, responsive layouts, and visible assistance.
Public pages use a logical heading structure, visible focus states, descriptive link text, semantic controls, responsive layouts, sufficient text contrast, skip navigation, and motion that respects reduced-motion preferences.
If a form, document, communication method, file, booking path, or portal experience creates a barrier, contact TNC so an appropriate alternative can be reviewed.
Include the page or product, the barrier encountered, the assistive technology or device when relevant, and a safe way to respond. Do not send confidential documents or sensitive identifiers by ordinary email.
