Partner collaboration
One search. Clear ownership.
Shared Search supports approved collaboration when roles, client authority, candidate ownership, responsibilities, communication, confidentiality, and economics are documented before work begins.
At a glance
Collaboration begins with alignment.
Shared Search is not an open job feed or informal handoff. TNC reviews the proposed search and parties before collaboration activates.

Before work begins
Define the relationship first.
The selected search remains attached while TNC reviews authority, conflicts, ownership, permissions, and the delivery model.
Identify the search, client context, parties, and proposed contribution.
Review confidentiality, candidate ownership, client ownership, and communication boundaries.
Confirm responsibilities, submission protocol, fee treatment, and decision authority in writing.
Activate only after required approvals and conflict review are complete.
Track communication, submissions, outcomes, and obligations through the approved relationship.
Relationship protections
Nothing transfers by assumption.
A request does not establish ownership, authorize outreach, grant client access, release candidate information, or create a fee split.
- Client authority must be confirmed before shared delivery.
- Candidate identity and full résumé permissions remain separate.
- Ownership and fee treatment exist only under the applicable written terms.
- Whis and other systems may summarize status but never approve the relationship.
