Terrance created Twelve Ninety Connections to give real people and real organizations access to chances, relationships, information, and opportunities they might otherwise never reach. The purpose extends across all sides of the employment and professional table.
That purpose brings recruiting, professional services, and continuing relationships together through Twelve Ninety Connections.
The founder’s words
“In customer relationships, brand loyalty is rarely born from fear. Apple doesn’t dominate through intimidation. It inspires a kind of affection. People don’t just USE Apple, they DEFEND APPLE!! That’s love in action. That’s how you build a generational legacy through connections and fixing the problems and issues that we currently have in today’s job market.
Is it perfect? Idk that’s not my call. I say Abso fucking lutely. Someone else could disagree. But what happened? Did it work? Was it effective? Did it change anything?
Perspective is perception. Perception is perfection. Perfection is perspective.
If this can make a 12.90% difference in the current job market, that’s a start to fixing a long term gap in the economy. Giving real people real chances and real opportunities. On all sides of the table. This is 1290 World. It’s not perfect. But let’s just make it 12.90% better.”
