Talent and Client introductions are not interchangeable.
Use the path that matches the person or organization being introduced. Do not submit confidential information without authority.
Talent Referral
Introduce a professional for relationship review, a current opportunity, or appropriate Talent Network consideration.
- Confirm authority to share the contact information provided.
- Identify the relevant relationship or opportunity.
- Allow TNC to review permission before action.
Client Referral
Introduce a hiring organization or decision-maker with a potential hiring, search, Corporate Services, or partnership need.
- Describe the business relationship and reason for introduction.
- Identify any confidentiality or communication restrictions.
- Review ownership and applicable referral terms before outreach.
Referral sequence
Introduction does not equal authorization.
TNC verifies the relationship and applicable permissions before any Talent submission, Client outreach, ownership determination, or fee treatment.

Review the applicable Trust, confidentiality, ownership, and communication terms.
Provide only the contextual information you are authorized to share.
TNC reviews conflicts, prior relationships, consent, and the appropriate next step.
Any approved outreach or collaboration proceeds under the confirmed terms.
