Client relationship network

Keep the relationship ready before the next need.

The 1290 Client Network™ is the standing Client relationship. Activation includes the Protected Search Agreement; each specific role still requires its own Search Authorization and TNC activation before recruiting begins.

Client relationship network

One Client relationship. Role-specific authorization.

The Client Network keeps an approved organization connected and includes the standing Protected Search terms.

A specific search begins only after its Search Authorization is accepted and TNC issues the activation receipt.

Activate Client Network

Know what you're choosing.

Joining the network keeps the relationship open. A search, consulting engagement, or Talent introduction begins only when we agree to it separately.

The relationship

Stay connected. Choose each next step.

The Client Network gives approved organizations a familiar place to return when hiring, team, or business needs change. Protected Search is part of this relationship, with a separate authorization and activation record for each role.

What the relationship offers

What the network can offer.

What makes sense depends on the relationship and the need in front of us.

  • 01A familiar relationship

Available when it fits the relationship and the moment.

  • 02Context that carries forward

Available when it fits the relationship and the moment.

  • 03A clear way back

Available when it fits the relationship and the moment.

  • 04A separate choice for every need

Available when it fits the relationship and the moment.

How it starts

Start with a conversation.

We learn what you need, make sure the relationship fits, and agree on the next step together.

  1. Learn what the Client Network is for.

  2. Tell us about your organization and what brings you here.

  3. Review the terms that apply to the relationship.

  4. TNC confirms whether the network is the right fit.

  5. If it is, we agree on the next step together.

Clear boundaries

One relationship does not start another.

Client Network activation includes the standing Protected Search terms. Recruiting for a role starts only after that role's Search Authorization is accepted and TNC issues its activation receipt. Corporate Services remains separately scoped.

  • You choose each relationship separately.
  • We confirm identity and permission before sharing confidential information.
  • We use information only for the purpose you approve.
  • A person—not software—accepts terms and makes final decisions.
