Candidate controls
A résumé upload does not authorize presentation to every client. Job-specific authorization identifies the candidate, client, position, wording, method, timestamp, scope, and revocation state.
Upload privacy
Purpose-specific permissions. Separate approvals.
Document processing, contact channels, talent-network participation, named-client sharing, and named-position submission are distinct decisions.
Client controls
Authority, confidentiality, third-party information rights, referral consent, partner sharing, retention, and governing agreements are reviewed as separate conditions.
Human control
Uploader confirmation, Terrance's CRM approval, and any external ATS, submission, communication, or sharing approval remain structurally independent.
