Clarity before action
Direct answers for employers, candidates, and partners.
Understand the engagement model, candidate consent standard, and current public-intake boundary before taking the next step.
01How does an employer search begin?
Submit a brief public inquiry without confidential candidate information. TNC reviews the hiring need, role, timing, compensation context, and decision process. Recruiting work begins only under separately agreed written terms.
02Do candidates pay a recruiting fee?
Candidates are not charged to apply or be considered through an employer-sponsored recruiting search. Paid career-development services are separate and do not provide preferential recruiting consideration.
03Does joining the Talent Network apply me to every role?
No. The public form requests onboarding review for future consideration. A specific opportunity requires separate evaluation and, where applicable, role-specific authorization.
04Will TNC present my information without permission?
TNC’s operating standard is to obtain appropriate role-specific authorization before presenting candidate information to an employer.
05Can I upload a resume publicly?
No. Public forms do not accept files. If TNC needs additional materials after reviewing your request, Terrance will provide separate instructions. Never send banking information, government identification, or unrelated sensitive information through a public form.
06Does applying guarantee an interview or response?
No. Listings may change or close, and no application guarantees an interview, response, offer, placement, or other outcome.
07How do I request access to or deletion of my information?
Use the Data Request page. TNC may verify identity before acting, and legal, security, or operational retention requirements may limit a request.
08Are career services part of recruiting representation?
No. Career-development services are separate professional engagements and do not change recruiting decisions or guarantee placement.
