Candidate information may be shared with a named prospective employer for a named opportunity only when the candidate has provided appropriate specific authorization. Documents and sensitive information
Current public forms do not accept documents. If TNC requests materials after reviewing an inquiry or application, use only the channel and purpose Terrance specifically provides. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking information, government identification numbers, medical records, passwords, background reports, or unrelated sensitive information. Providing materials does not authorize an external candidate submission, activate a search, or create a client engagement.
Retention
TNC retains recruiting and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate opportunities, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods may vary by record type, relationship, and applicable requirement.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational limitations. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. To make a request, use the Data Request page or email tsullivan@1290worldconnections.com. TNC may need to verify the request before acting.
Security
TNC uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Notify TNC promptly if you believe information was submitted through a fraudulent page or used improperly.
Children
This website is intended for employers and working-age professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and TNC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
